Comdev Limited will showcase three different "business" units (Multiplexer, Switch and Fabrication) in different stages of their lean journey. This tour will be a unique mixed bag where you can see 3 different areas in one 4-hour stay. Tour participants will observe several commonsense applications intertwined in a unique culture. All will be intertwined in a culture where the average tenure of an employee is just under 10 years.
