Hoshin kanri is a powerful strategic planning program. Anthony Manos

Tony Manos is a catalyst with Profero, Inc., and provides lean implementation consulting services to its clients. Tony is co-author of the book Lean Kaizen: A Simplified Approach to Process Improvement and author of many articles on lean and its allied subjects. He teaches lean enterprise and lean kaizen for the American Society for Quality and lean supply chain for the Purchasing Management Association of Canada. Tony is past Chair of the Lean Enterprise Division of ASQ. He is also a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, a member of AME and a Shingo Prize examiner for manufacturing excellence. Tony has presented at the AME Conference in Chicago, the regional AME conference in Covington, Kentucky, and the AME conferences in Baltimore and Dallas.
