Hoshin kanri is a powerful strategic planning program. That's why so many companies use it to remain focused on what is important in the long-term, while executing tactical day-to-day critical operations. Hoshin planning helps organizations to develop breakthrough innovations, is a cornerstone to communication, builds buy-in and strengthens deployment throughout all levels.
