Hoshin kanri is a powerful strategic planning program. That's why so many companies use it to remain focused on what is important in the long-term, while executing tactical day-to-day critical operations. Hoshin planning helps organizations to develop breakthrough innovations, is a cornerstone to communication, builds buy-in and strengthens deployment throughout all levels. That's why this workshop is designed to help you understand and implement hoshin kanri. But as good as it is, you can go beyond the basic hoshin and benefit even more. So besides dealing with hoshin kanri, this workshop also includes powerful systems, such as Baldrige, balanced scorecard, Porter's five forces and strategy maps. By following a case study and applying these concepts in a team-based atmosphere, attendees will feel confident they understand and can apply these powerful tools to their business.
