Standard work isn't just for the factory floor. Companies can also benefit from applying leader standard work to their executive offices. This workshop will help you do just that by focusing on the leader standard concepts and tools you need to be successful. The workshop is simulation driven and includes breakout sessions to practice using the lean tools you will learn about. Lego pieces will simulate a factory/assembly environment and attendees will act as assembly workers and different levels of management. You will change jobs several times to experience the different tools in action. That way everyone will get the hands-on experience they need for when they get back to work.
