Electri-Cable Assemblies (ECA) had solid results from its lean journey, but maintaining those results had always been a challenge. Three years ago, ECA started focusing on policy development and deployment, and that made all the difference. It meant that the team was now able to choose the right initiatives and avoid the wrong ones. As a result, the company has seen a dramatic increase in quality and achieved the sustainability it was looking for. This presentation will show you how ECA did this, so that you too can put sustainability into your lean journey.
In this presentation:
- Sustain your lean successes without constant management involvement.
- Hear how Electri-Cable Assemblies puts sustainability into its lean initiatives.
- Learn about the SABA model ECA applies to its lean endeavours.
- Find out why it takes time and resources to achieve success.
- Put sustainability into your lean journey.
