Rod Smith

Rod Smith has worked with the Duha Group for 32 years and is currently its director of operations excellence. Rod has been practicing lean for over 12 years and is a certified master black belt. His primary role at Duha is to coach, mentor and support staff to ensure their growth and an exceptional experience for their customers.

Rick Duha

Rick Duha Jr. is the global operations excellence coordinator for the Duha Group.
