On this tour you will see 1) the manufacturing of stainless steel sinks and other products, 2) value stream maps used for capacity planning and generating process improvements and 3) visual standards and communication that include quality standards boards, scheduling boards, shadow boards and a floor coloring scheme. Both leader and operator standard work are practiced, SMED events are conducted and six sigma tools are employed.
