Jim Umland
Jim Umland began working at Bimba Manufacturing Company in 1977 and is now director of operations. Jim has over 25 years of management experience in areas such as production and inventory control, component manufacturing and human resources. He completed lean tools certification classes at the University of Illinois and is currently a board member of the Chicagoland Lean Enterprise Consortium.
