Pre and post conference workshops are an additional fee:

$125 for half day workshops and $200 for full days
Fees must be paid at the time of registration for the workshops

To pay with a purchase order, download and complete the PDF registration form and fax with your purchase order to (224) 232-5981.

Register Online

The AME office and on-line registration for the conference, tours and workshops in now closed. On-site registration begins Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 3:00pm ET.

Once you have registered, if there are any specific needs that we need to take care of for you, please do not hesitate to call or email me. Please note that any Monday or Friday workshops at the conference will be an additional fee. Conference registration fees must be paid before tour and workshop submissions will be accepted.

Travelers from Visa-waiver Countries

If you are from a visa-waiver country, you will need to complete an online application with ESTA before visiting the US. Previously you have had to fill out a I-94W form before traveling, but those will be phasing out sometime this year and then they will only be accepting the online application. Please visit ESTA to complete the online application.


Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded (less a $300 administrative charge) up through September 1, 2010. After this date, refunds are no longer given. Substitutions may be made any time prior to the start of the conference.

Credits for conferences are only good for one year and only good at the next year's conference. Registrants can, however, transfer the credit to anyone else from their company at any time up until the conference.

Payment must be received by the AME office five business days prior to the event start date. If no payment is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry.
