Collaborative & Innovative Lean: Benchmarking, Consortium, Supply Chain, LPD, Customer Relations

Reaching new heights means expanding your knowledge and collaborating with others in your organization and your surrounding community. This Value Stream will offer ways to expand your lean playbook through extending your knowledge into supply chains and customer bases. You will learn how to innovate your product development processes with lean. You will also see how benchmarking and working with consortia can accelerate your lean journey.
