Register 1- 9 people: AME Member $2,599, Non-member $2,749

Team of 10 or greater: (Save 5%) AME Member $2,469, Non-member $2,619

Terms

AME adds a non-member surcharge of $150 per additional unnamed attendee. Final payment must be received by the AME office by Monday, October 17, 2011. If no payment is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the conference before entry will be granted. Conference registration fees must be paid before tour or workshop registrations will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before September 1, 2011 will be refunded less a $300 administrative fee (per registration). After September 1st, 2011, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be in writing to Veronica Ceaser, Conference Registrar, and faxed to 224-232-5563, emailed to vceaser@ame.org or mailed to the AME office at 3701 Algonquin Rd, Suite 225, Rolling Meadows, Il 60008.
