Terms

*AME adds a non-member surcharge of $150 per additional unnamed attendee. This amount will be refunded if registration is assigned to a member in good standing. Payment must be received by April 15, 2011 to receive current discount prices. If payment is not received by due date, AME will reissue invoice at the price level being offered at that time.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration fees will be refunded (less $300.00 administration fee) if registration is cancelled by April 1, 2011. No refund will be given for cancellations after April 1, 2011, however substitutions may be made any time prior to the start of the event. Cancellations must be in writing to Veronica Ceaser, Conference Registrar and faxed to: 224-232-5563, emailed to: vceaser@ame.org or mailed to the AME office at 3701 Algonquin Rd, Suite 225, Rolling Meadows, Il. 60008.
